@dako-ark I deleted your screenshot because it showed your License ID and Password. I took a look at your activation history and it says that you have one activation left and you successfully activated the license on a computer yesterday. Are you all set then? (Also, if you're concerned about your password, I can reset it on the back end for you but it may mean you have to re-activate the license on your computer after the password reset so I didn't want to do it without asking you first.)@Juriaan Is correct about the root of the issue, you probably had the license already activated on the maximum number of computers. As stated on the TroikaTronix Store hosted by FastSpring: For each Buy-to-Own or Subscription license you purchase you can activate Isadora on up to two online or offline computers, though you may only use the license on one of those two computers at a time. Each Rental license you purchase allows you to activate Isadora on one computer. In all cases, you may deactivate a license on one computer in order to activate it on a different machine.Either that or you were trying to use your Customer ID and Customer Password (only used to log into the Online License Portal) to activate the license on a computer instead of using the License ID and Activation Password. I admit that I deleted your screenshot before I thought to verify this myself, I was just concerned about keeping your license information secure.Best wishes,Woland

A number of systems (youtube included) simple give you a predefined selection of thumbnails to pic from.So perhaps a default of position 0% as it is, but with the option of changing a thumbnail to use 10% 25% 50% or 75% as alternative thumbnails.

@nickdesigner84 said: virtual stages - I was wondering what they could be used for...  You can use them like this to group a bunch of overlapping content and then easily manipulate its location and scaling as a whole. (I used a Virtual Stage for all the shapes that make up the penguin's head.)Penguin.izz

@d1gitsIf it is an AV foundation codec (we are not familiar enough with current offerings to know if this is the case) it may be possible to have it become available in the future. However, it will not be back as a Quicktime only codec. At this time the website, seems to only mention QuickTime (https://resolume.com/software/...)

@woland and the others: IT WAS A NETWORK PROBLEM! (not Hackintosh related)I'm a bad network setter, I know it, but I thaught this time I learned my lesson... so I created a sub-network 255.255.255.255... meaning I was closing all gates! A friend explained why the receiver could anyway see the other mac but I don't get it.after that I did a 255.255.0.0 sub-network and it worked fine. For network alergics like me, I put a print screen (sorry in french)IP Adress1: 168.168.0.2 , IP Adress2: 168.168.0.3After that I was able to have two good NDI feed (both sides) and a OSC transmit. Thanks for your help,Best,

@jimmy-grima Are you using Isadora 2 or 3? Have you set the external display to the same refresh rate as the frame rate of the movie? Mac or Windows? Best Michel

@topherbbNo worries. It's a complex program, and I'll be the first to admit that I often ask for help with it. There's always more to learn

Depending on what you are trying to do, I might got for a nVidia GTX (maybe a 1080 or better). This will give you 4 Displays (1 used for your system display)And then add a DataPath (displayport) to the equation. The data path will take the 1 DisplayPort and give you 4 outputs (4k cut into 4 HD outputs). This gives you the 4 outputs from the DataPath plus 2 direct from the nVidia card = 6The Video Card direct connections could be further extended with Matrox tripleheads or more Datapaths.** some AMD cards will give you 6 displays, so you still need to extend it (since you need a System/Operator display).I believe nVidia cards on PC have been more thoroughly tested My reason for this configuration is that it allows the Video card to keep all video onboard for output.Sending it out via a BlackMagic card, requires moving the video from the Gpu to the output board, which is time consuming and will effect your performance. Sending it directly out to an external device (datapath or Triplehead) doesn't require this extra step, and actually offsets some work to the external device. If you are working with SDI, I recommend avoiding the Tripleheads. These have been a nightmare for me at times to get a standards compliant output. (output would go Displayport -> HDMI -> HDMI to SDI converter. Often the HDMI signal would not be recognized by the SDI converter)

@primaldivine thus is not a AMD card but a nVidia card. The 2060 will offer you lots of power. I run a 1070 in my laptop and I nearly never max the video card out. .  Cpu always maxes first for me. This may change if your running many outputs with stacks of effects, but I think you will find this card very capable. The 6bg memory limit is probably the only restrictive spec.  I've run into problems with 4 displays (1 operator) when loading large jpegs for manipulation before. Best to keep an eye on vram usage while working (task manager will show you on the second tab)

@woland Yes! I am working on this project again. I was waiting until V3 to dig in. I have a show in a month or so with FFoB and am working through refining and simplifying my patches. Excited about the speed increase and the fact that controls will run on a separate thread so I can use it to monitor audio inputs and routing to effects etc without taking a performance hit to the engine.
